Service Institute of America.
Challenge:
Increase awareness of the availability and benefits of shoe repair and
shoe care.
Implementation:
Approached national media with a message about the value of shoe care.
Created tools retailers for retailers to use with the local media. Created
a traveling shoe care center for consumer shows.
Results:
National media coverage in magazines such as Women's Day, Family Circle
and McCalls. Local media coverage around the country. Created millions of
media impressions.
